Hexant DSP (“we”) operates hexantdsp.com and the Torsion plugin. This page describes what we collect and why.

What we collect

• This website. A static site on Cloudflare Pages. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or our own tracking cookies. Cloudflare may process connection data (IP, country) as a CDN.
• Purchases. Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as merchant of record. They collect payment details, email, billing country (for tax), and issue your serial. We do not see your card number.
• Activation. When you unlock Torsion, the plugin sends your email, serial, a machine identifier, OS, and plugin version to our unlock API so we can confirm the purchase and return a signed license file. We store that so we can enforce the 3-machine limit and handle refunds.
• Support email. If you write to support@hexantdsp.com, we keep the thread to solve the ticket.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not require an account on hexantdsp.com. Lost orders are recovered via Lemon Squeezy My Orders.

How long

Order and license records are kept for as long as we support the product and for tax/accounting. Support mail is kept as long as useful to the ticket.

Your rights

If you are in the UK/EEA you can ask for access, correction, or deletion of data we hold, subject to legal holds. Write to support@hexantdsp.com.
